First thing first!!

I m going to share my thoughts about “work legals, ethics and humanity”:

It is normal to encounter moments of tension, miscommunication etc. and these moments can sometimes feel overwhelming. But as we know, no team is perfect and recognizing the challenges we face together is the first step toward improving the environment we all share.

You can think about some moments of dynamics in the team. We all bring unique strengths to the table, lack of clarity of the tasks, absence of transparency (transparency and honesty are different from each other btw), “unintentional” bad behaviors, dismissing others’ ideas, so these are can add up over time affect morale and daily work motivation.

Instead of focusing on miscommunications, we should give an importance of clarification and It’s not about perfection, but about making the effort to be as transparent as possible; like no gossiping or backstabbing.

We all should go far away from last-minute meetings if it is not urgent, or expecting responses outside of the business hours but since you are a technical person, it is not possible but also respecting each other’s time can make more productive and collaborative.

Every work place has challenges and our character comes out how we respond to those challenges that determines our success as a team, improving our environment and enhancing our individual and collective productivity.
